The Role:
Teach and support primary-aged pupils with ASD and complex needs
Plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning plans
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals
Create a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment
Support pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and sensory needs
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with ASD and/or complex needs (desirable)
Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
An enhanced DBS check and employment references covering the last 5 years will be required.
