SEND Learning Support Assistant – Secondary Specialist Provision (Wirral)
New Directions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Learning Support Assistant to join this exceptional secondary specialist provision. The successful candidate will support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, working within the STEM department to assist teaching and learning in Science, Maths, and Food Technology.
The role involves working closely with students who experience anxiety, mental health needs, and other additional challenges, helping them re-engage with learning and build confidence at a pace that suits them. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, nurturing, and committed to empowering vulnerable young people to achieve their full potential.
