About the Role
As a SEND Teacher, you’ll work with small groups of students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and other additional needs, delivering engaging and personalised learning experiences. You’ll be part of a caring, collaborative team that truly values inclusive education and student wellbeing.

Your Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons
Support students with a range of SEND needs
Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment
Implement and track EHCP targets
Work closely with teaching assistants and specialist teams
Use creative strategies to build confidence, resilience and independence
Monitor progress and adapt learning accordingly
Communicate with parents, carers and professionals
