We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and nurturing Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive team within a vibrant school in the Vale of Glamorgan area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a dynamic classroom environment, and is committed to helping every student reach their full potential.

Your Role:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences
• Assist with classroom management and preparation of teaching materials
• Work with individuals or small groups of pupils, including those with additional learning needs
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development
• Help track student progress and contribute to assessments

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children (preferably in a school setting)
• Holds relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning – desirable but not essential)
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is patient, proactive, and flexible
• Is enthusiastic about supporting children’s education and wellbeing
