The Customer & Community Executive will play a key role in the day-to-day success of Lambourne House, helping create a professional, welcoming and vibrant environment for tenants, coworkers, visitors and event guests. This is a hands-on role combining customer service, workspace sales, community engagement and events support. The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, respond to workspace enquiries, support occupancy growth, coordinate events and help ensure the smooth operation of the business centre on a daily basis.

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, coworkers, visitors and event guests, delivering a professional, welcoming and customer-focused experience at all times.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the business centre, ensuring office spaces, coworking areas, meeting rooms and communal spaces are well presented and operational.
• Manage enquiries for office space, coworking memberships, meeting rooms and event hire, responding promptly and professionally to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Conduct tours and viewings of the workspace facilities, confidently promoting the benefits of the business centre and wider brand offering.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and customers, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell services, retain clients and support business growth within the centre.
• Support occupancy and revenue growth through effective handling of digital leads, networking opportunities, referrals and local business engagement.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, workspace onboarding and customer administration, ensuring an excellent customer journey from enquiry through to move-in and ongoing support.
• Assist with the planning, promotion and delivery of networking events, community activities and business engagement initiatives within the workspace.
• Support the setup and running of internal and external events, ensuring spaces are prepared and events are delivered to a high standard.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to promote workspace, coworking, meeting room and event space offerings through marketing activity, social media and local business networking.
• Develop positive relationships with local businesses, partners and stakeholders to help raise awareness of the workspace and generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of the local flexible workspace and business centre market, including competitor activity, occupancy trends and customer demand.
  
  

Additional :

• Fully office based
• Will be required to travel to other locations at short notice, and with overnight stays as necessary.
