In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting qualified teachers with exciting opportunities in respected schools throughout the UAE, specifically in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Sharjah, Dubai, Ras al-Khaimah, and Umm al-Qaiwain. Your expertise in international recruitment and passion for education will help teachers embark on rewarding journeys abroad while ensuring high-quality placements for schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international schools across the UAE, focusing on understanding their specific needs and culture.
- Source and recruit experienced and qualified teachers, using job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to find the right fit for international schools, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and standards.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers regarding the international teaching process, including visa applications and relocation logistics.
- Collaborate closely with schools to understand their unique staffing requirements and challenges.
- Maintain organized records of all interactions with candidates and schools in our recruitment database.
- Develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract teachers interested in working overseas.
- Stay current on trends in the international education sector, including labour laws and market conditions affecting teacher placements.
Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on placing experienced and qualified teachers in international settings.
- Strong background in education or experience working directly with teachers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with both clients and candidates.
- A proactive approach to work, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the international education landscape, particularly in the UAE regions of Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Sharjah, Dubai, Ras al-Khaimah, and Umm al-Qaiwain.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary with a commission structure based on successful placements.
- Flexible working options (remote or branch-based) to suit your lifestyle.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development within our supportive team.
- The chance to make a real difference in the lives of educators and students as they embark on their international teaching journeys.
