Luisa Martin-Thomas is a teacher with a driving motivation to improve the lives of all the young people she encounters in school. She is a highly committed professional who provides fantastic learning and teaching experiences for the students in her school.
With an authentic desire to ensure wellbeing of staff and students is effectively supported, Luisa has been a powerful force in the development of a ‘Mindfulness’ hub. It has been a resounding success and has supported numerous students through difficult periods.
Luisa’s positive outlook, drive and energy has enabled her to undertake numerous leadership roles with resounding success. She has presented in parliament, for NQT’s in Wales and published articles for CSC and ASCL all focusing on her true passion – Teaching and learning and bringing out the best in all students.
