Join Clare Barret, Skills Academy Wales and David Lewis, Aberbargoed Headteacher, will cover a CPD opportunity to undertake a recognised qualification to gain employment/upskill as a Learning support assistant/Teaching assistant.
This two hour session will provide an overview of the qualifications, modules studied and assessment in the workplace.

David Lewis
David has an array of experience from his position as the Headteacher of Aberbargoed Primary School since September 2008 and as a headteacher at other schools since January 1999.
Clare Barrett
Clare Barrett has worked in education & training for 20 years and delivers apprenticeships for Coleg Y Cymoedd.
Having worked in the sector previously, Clare is passionate about providing training and recognised qualifications for the future workforce.
