Breathwork is a natural, simple and powerful tool that can improve your wellbeing in daily life.  The breath is the only system in the body that we can control and learning to breathe to your fullest capacity can be really life changing. This workshop builds on foundational Breathwork skills, however is a stand-alone session, and you do not need to have previous experience of breathwork in order to attend.

Focusing on the theory around Breathwork and different breathwork techniques to calm, balance, energise using evidence-informed breathwork practices, participants will explore:

  • What is Breathwork?
  • The Anatomy of Breathwork, understanding how the diaphragm, rib cage and nervous system influence breathing
  • Explore and experience calming breathwork to soothe the nervous system
  • Explore and experience balancing breathwork for focus and clarity
  • Explore and experience energising breathwork to increase alertness and energy
  • Learn movement -based practices

By the end of the session, participants will have practical tools for personal wellbeing and classroom application.
