What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, or similar)
A calm, nurturing, and patient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting learners with SEN
A good understanding of safeguarding practices
CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification in childcare or supporting teaching
