This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher (or NQT) who is eager to create an inspiring, nurturing learning environment for young children and make a real difference in their early educational journey.

The Role:
• Take responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that support the development of the Reception class.
• Foster a caring, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to feel safe, confident, and eager to learn.
• Plan creative, play-based learning activities that promote children’s development in all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure their continued growth and achievement.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in an Early Years setting, ideally in Reception.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and a solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic, with the ability to make learning fun and engaging.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• At least 1 teaching reference within the last 5 years
• DBS check required (or willingness to undergo one).
