Pay: £88.92 – £100 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across Cheshire East. This role offers flexible working opportunities, including day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and long-term assignments, depending on the evolving needs of our partner schools.
As a Teaching Assistant, you may receive early-morning calls for same-day cover or be booked in advance for upcoming requirements. Your responsibilities will include supporting classroom teachers, assisting with learning activities, working with small groups or individual pupils, and helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have prior experience within an educational setting; however, full training can be provided for individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
For the right candidates, there may also be opportunities to transition onto a direct school contract, offering long-term stability and career development. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning, confident in adapting to different school environments, and keen to make a meaningful impact across multiple classrooms.
