New Directions Education is recruiting Lunchtime Supervisors to work in primary and secondary schools across Cardiff.
This role is ideal if you enjoy working with children, want school-friendly hours, or are looking for flexible, term-time work.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising pupils during lunch breaks (playground and dining hall)
- Ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
- Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
- Assisting school staff as required during the lunchtime period
What we’re looking for:
- A caring, reliable, and approachable attitude
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively
- Experience working with children is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to undergo DBS checks (or have one on the update service)
