New Directions are seeking a passionate and reflective Primary School Teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is committed to high-quality pedagogy, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
You will play a key role in delivering an engaging, inclusive curriculum that enables all pupils to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
New Directions welcome ECT or Experienced ~Teachers who Plan and deliver high-quality, well-sequenced lessons rooted in strong pedagogical practice
Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and ensure progress for all learners
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues as a team player, sharing best practice and ideas
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and pupil outcomes
Engage fully with CPD and training opportunities to continually upskill and refine practice

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Essential for this role)
A strong understanding of effective primary pedagogy
The ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to whole-school development
A commitment to professional growth, reflection and ongoing learning
