Are you passionate about supporting children to achieve their best? We are a specialist education recruitment agency working closely with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Newport and surrounding areas. Due to growing demand, we are recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSA’s) to work across Early Years Foundation Phase, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
As an LSA, you will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, including children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). You’ll work alongside class teachers to help deliver engaging lessons, encourage positive behaviour, and create a safe, supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.
We are looking for caring, proactive individuals with experience working with children, whether in schools, childcare, youth work or similar settings. A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential. Applicants must be registered with the Education Workforce Council, or willing to complete registration.
