ALN LSA
New Directions Education is recruiting for an ALN Teaching Assistant for a fantastic school in Caerphilly on a full-time long-term ongoing basis. We are looking for a someone reliable, passionate, and dedicated teaching assistant who could provide one to one support for a year 3 child who presents challenging behaviour. The pupil has been provided with strategies to support behaviours and learning; it is vital that the 1:1 consistently follows the strategies in place. We need a candidate that has had some experience of challenging behaviour and somebody who is committed to the role. The pupil could potentially benefit from a male role model, but experience is the upmost thing that we require.
You’ll work directly under the supervision of the teacher, providing support in all teaching, learning, and associated activities.
