We are currently recruiting flexible and reliable Supply Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of primary and secondary schools. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety and are passionate about supporting students in different educational settings.
As a supply LSA, you will provide essential classroom support on a day-to-day or short-term basis, helping ensure continuity of learning in the absence of permanent staff.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assist teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects
Provide support for students with additional needs, including SEN
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms, and student needs
Follow school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour management
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience working with children or young people
A background in care
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence working in new environments
A genuine passion for supporting student learning and wellbeing
