The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
What We’re Looking For
– Previous experience working within a school setting is essential
– Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs is highly desirable
– A patient, resilient and caring approach
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
– A genuine passion for supporting pupils to succeed
– Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
