New Directions Education are currently looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Level 4) to work with SEND students leading on Neurodiversity within the Learning Support Department, this is a long-term position.

The successful candidate must hold a HLTA level 4 qualification.  Qualifications or training relating to neurodiversity conditions are desirable.  Excellent communication skills are essential for this position when working as part of a team or within the classroom.  Confidence when liaising with the Head of Learning Support is essential.
