New Directions Education is a dedicated recruitment agency specialising in the education sector. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates alike. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Services Executive to join our dynamic team in Ellesmere Port.
Key Responsibilities:
Support candidates through a high-compliance recruitment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
Assist with the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) process, ensuring candidates understand requirements and timelines.
Manage reference checks efficiently, following up as needed to secure timely responses.
Verify candidate entitlements to work, maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
Utilize IT systems and tools effectively to manage candidate information and track process progress.
Communicate with candidates and clients professionally and courteously, showcasing a pleasant telephone manner.
Contribute to a positive team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work.
Key Requirements
Proven experience supporting individuals through a compliance-driven process, preferably within recruitment or HR.
Familiarity with the DBS process and reference chasing is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of entitlements to work regulations.
Excellent IT skills, comfortable using various software and online tools.
Professional and friendly telephone communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly, especially during school holidays, adapting to varying workloads and schedules.
