The Role:
Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
Plan, prepare and assess students’ work in line with the national curriculum.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their potential.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the English department.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge in English literature and language.
Able to engage and inspire students across a range of abilities.
Committed to high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
