We are seeking to appoint a SEND Teacher for a specialist provision in the Worcester area. The school is run with the students in-mind from management to support staff – the whole school has a wellbeing ethos for their school, with SLT keen that teachers have the right support to enable them to help their students thrive!
The school operates a 2:6 ratio in their classrooms and they are very adaptable in their approach to education and are keen to help all their teachers enable the students to get the most out of life and their wider education.
The school operates on opening hours of 9am to 2pm and the school are happy to facilitate any tutoring or other arrangements their staff have, if this is pre-arranged, this is to encourage staff wellbeing and keep staff continuity.
The school is happy to consider NQT teachers, as well as qualified teachers.
The school pays on a pro-rata to scale basis. This role will initially be through New Directions, however if the applicant and school are happy, this will transition to a permanent role if desired.
