What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading class lessons when required, pre-planned by the schools’ teachers.
Supporting learning across a range of subjects and year groups.
Working closely with pupils with SEND requirements, incorporating dedicated resources and approaches to encourage their learning.
Supporting progress in the from of children’s learning and general development.
Contributing to pupil assessments.
What We’re Looking For in a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA):
A Level 3 or higher Teaching Assistant / HLTA qualification.
Proven experience working in a school setting.
Excellent classroom management skills to coincide with the role’s PPA duties.
An adaptable and innovative attitude that aligns with the spontaneity of the role.
A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
