What could your day look like?

As a HLTA, no two days are the same. You may be:

-Leading engaging lessons when teachers are absent
-Supporting small groups to boost confidence and attainment
-Delivering targeted interventions that make a real difference
-Working alongside experienced teaching staff to support pupil progress
-Helping to create positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environments

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Hold HLTA status or have equivalent classroom experience
Have experience working within primary schools
Are confident leading whole-class activities
Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Are adaptable, reliable, and passionate about education
