New Directions Education are proud to be working alongside the largest schools in the Cardiff area and are recruiting on their behalf, Key stage 1 teachers to work on a supply basis. As one of the preferred suppliers in the area, New Directions are seeking Key Stage 1 teachers to work either on a day to day supply basis or on a long-term basis which could lead to a permanent contract. At New Directions, we care about the schools and offer a variety of free training to staff as well as the children. We recently hosted the World’s Largest British Sign Language lesson with over 3,500 attendee’s breaking a world record! We also offer free first Aid lessons and British Sign Language lessons to Key Stage 2 children and we can also provide a free inflatable penalty shoot out to schools to assist with fundraising incentives. We also run regular webinars for our staff on various topics such as the new curriculum, mindfulness and wellbeing and motivating your team with guest speaker Wales and British Irish Lions rugby player, Ryan Jones. Our Account Managers also enjoys getting stuck in and will often volunteer to help with various activities within the schools.
