My Client in Newport area is currently recruiting for a LSA. The role will be working within a Secondary School, Key Stage 3/4. The ideal candidate will be committed, flexible and versatile with the confidence to work to the class teachers planning but also with their own initiative.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to uphold excellent classroom behavior and deliver varied teaching styles. A professional attitude is important, where you will be required to abide to the school policies and dress code. You will need to be registered with the Education Workforce Council and happy to adhere to New Directions compliance procedures.
