This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with a wide range of needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and challenging behaviour, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.

About the Role

You will work closely with teaching staff and the wider support team to:

  • Confidence in supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to individual needs
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential

What We Offer

  • A supportive and collaborative staff team
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact every day
  • A structured environment with clear behaviour support systems
  • Opportunities for career progression within specialist education
