We are seeking to appoint a full-time and a part-time Learning Support Coach, these roles will be supporting students from the age of 16 in completing placement in the workplace with their learning and development through the setting.
These positions will be managing a caseload of learners and supporting them through any emotional support requirements as they enter and learn in the workplace. You will be working towards realistic and achievable goals to help the young people progress.
We are happy to consider transferrable experience from relevant workforces who hold the learning & personal development of young people as paramount.
The hours of work are generally 09:15 to 3:10, during term-time only. The full-time position will be working 30 hours per week.
This position will pay a daily rate from £97.43 to £108.03 per day dependent on experience and relevant qualifications.
These positions are available for an immediate start; however, we are happy to consider a short notice period for a successful applicant.
