We’re currently looking for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across schools in Market Harborough, supporting pupils who need extra help to succeed in the classroom.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress throughout the school day.

Supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs
Encouraging focus, participation, and positive behaviour
Providing reassurance, structure, and consistency
Working alongside teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment
Helping pupils develop confidence both academically and socially
What we’re looking for
To be considered, you should have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN, in education, or within a similar support-based role such as:
Teaching Assistant
SEN Support Worker
Care / Support Worker
Youth Worker
Nursery Practitioner
Residential Support Worker

Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire Hours: Full-time / Part-time opportunities available Pay: £92.63 – £100 per day (depending on experience)
