Teaching Assistant – Manchester
£465–£525 Weekly Pay (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)
Full-Time | Long-Term Roles | Immediate Start

New Directions are recruiting a Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants for welcoming primary schools in Manchester . These are full-time and flexible roles with long-term opportunity with the potential to become temp to perm.

The Role

  • Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 with both learning and emotional development
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups supporting pupils who may need additional encouragement to engage in learning
  • Help pupils develop confidence, emotional regulation and positive classroom behaviours
  • Work closely with the class teacher and pastoral team to create a calm, supportive learning environment

The Candidate

  • Experience working with Primary Aged
