Teaching Assistant – Manchester £465–£525 Weekly Pay (PAYE – No Umbrella Company) Full-Time | Long-Term Roles | Immediate Start
New Directions are recruiting a Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants for welcoming primary schools in Manchester . These are full-time and flexible roles with long-term opportunity with the potential to become temp to perm.
The Role
Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 with both learning and emotional development
Work 1:1 and in small groups supporting pupils who may need additional encouragement to engage in learning
Help pupils develop confidence, emotional regulation and positive classroom behaviours
Work closely with the class teacher and pastoral team to create a calm, supportive learning environment

The Candidate
Experience working with Primary Aged
