Job Description
New Directions are looking for a versatile and confident PPA Cover Teacher to work across multiple year groups in Chester primary schools. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, support a smooth classroom environment, and help maintain continuity of learning across KS1 and KS2.
This is a fantastic role for a teacher who enjoys variety and thrives on adapting to different classes.
You will work within a cluster of supportive, well-managed primary schools that value strong teaching, positive relationships and pupil progress. New Directions have excellent ongoing partnerships with these settings.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
Hold QTS with experience teaching in primary education
Be confident delivering lessons across multiple year groups
Build rapport quickly with staff and pupils
Maintain strong classroom management and consistency
Bring enthusiasm, organisation and flexibility
All registered staff must complete safeguarding checks, including an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
