New Directions are seeking passionate and reflective Primary School Teachers to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity for a teachers who are committed to high-quality pedagogy, collaboration, and continuous professional development. You will play a key role in delivering an engaging, inclusive curriculum that enables all pupils to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
We require passionate primary school teachers to work across our fantastic primary schools in the Wythenshawe and surrounding areas across EYFS, KS1 and or KS2 on a flexible basis, providing quality cover, are committed and available for up to 5 days.
The Role
To create flexible plans, teach and assess according to the national curriculum (all Primary Key stages)
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulated learning environment
Work collaboratively with other colleagues, sharing best practice and ideas
The Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent UK-based experience
The ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
