The Role

As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning and creating positive classroom experiences for pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities may include:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with school planning
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
• Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners
• Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
• Following school policies and procedures
• Ensuring pupils remain motivated, supported, and engaged in their learning

What We’re Looking For

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

– Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools

– Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

– Confidence teaching across the primary curriculum

– Adaptable, reliable, and professional approach

– Excellent communication and organisational skills

– A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

– Availability for flexible supply work across the Bradford area
