New Directions are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our welcoming and nurturing school community in a KS2 Class. The role is to start in September on a full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real impact during the early stages of children’s learning journey.

Job Specification
Has a secure understanding of the National Curriculum.
Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive teaching environment.
Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.
Maintain discipline.
Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupil’s development.
Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area.
Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
Works as well as part of a team and contributes to the wider school life.
To apply the candidate must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Knowledge of the National Curriculum
Able to provide Referees.
An up-to-date DBS Check (or be willing to obtain one)
Eligibility to work in the UK.
