About the Role:
The school is seeking adaptable, enthusiastic and supportive TAs who can step into classrooms across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Day-to-day work may vary, but the school truly values consistency and is keen to identify candidates who could become long-term members of their team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Supporting teaching and learning across different year groups
– Assisting with classroom activities, interventions and small groups
– Providing 1:1 support when required
– Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
– Promoting an inclusive, safe and engaging learning environment
We’re Looking For:
– Experience working with primary-aged children
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– A flexible and positive approach to supporting learning
– Someone reliable who enjoys variety in their week
– Level 2/3 TA qualification is beneficial but not essential
