We can offer flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle, although full-time availability is highly desirable due to current demand.

This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils across all primary year groups, from Early Years through to Key Stage 2, gaining valuable experience in a range of school settings.

The Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing classroom support to teachers across a variety of year groups
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to enhance learning outcomes
• Supporting children with varying learning needs and abilities
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Assisting with classroom preparation and daily activities
• Building positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents

What We’re Looking For

– Previous experience working within a school or educational setting is essential

– A positive, patient, and proactive approach

– Confidence supporting pupils across different age groups

– Strong communication and teamwork skills

– A genuine passion for helping children thrive both academically and socially
