The Role:
• Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Assisting pupils with learning tasks and personal development
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Helping with preparation and organisation of resources
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Experience working with primary-aged children in an educational or childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, reliability, and a proactive approach
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing
