We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support students in secondary schools across the Torfaen area. The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Support students with a range of needs, including SEN, behavioural challenges, and learning difficulties
Help create a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar settings preferred)
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for education and supporting student development
Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
