We are seeking fully qualified secondary teachers to work on a general supply basis in secondary schools across Cardiff and the surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility and variety, making it ideal for teachers who want to maintain a healthy work–life balance while continuing to work in education.
You will deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism where possible, or provide general cover as required, ensuring continuity of learning and high standards of classroom management.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering pre-planned lessons or adapting materials as needed
Teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Assessing and supporting pupil progress where appropriate
Providing handover feedback to permanent teaching staff
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
Strong classroom management and adaptability
Professional, reliable, and confident teaching style
Passion for supporting pupil learning and achievement
