New Directions Education is looking for compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of Primary, Secondary, and SEND settings across Cheshire East.
This role is more than classroom support—it’s about empowering children, building confidence, and being the person they can rely on.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, helping them engage fully with learning.
Assist teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Support the development of social, emotional, and communication skills alongside academic progress.
Celebrate achievements, monitor progress, and give positive feedback to motivate pupils.
Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
