About the Role
Provide targeted support to pupils with SEND, both 1:1 and in small groups
Support access to a broad and balanced curriculum
Work closely with teachers to deliver individual education plans (IEPs/EHCPs)
Support communication, emotional regulation and social development
Contribute to a safe, inclusive and well-structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified LSA or equivalent recognised support qualification
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Employment references covering the last 5 years
