New Directions Education are currently recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to support secondary school students in Ellesmere Port.

The Role:
• Supporting students with SEND in class and during targeted interventions
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of personalised learning activities
• Monitoring and recording student progress
• Supporting behaviour management and fostering an inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with teachers, parents, and the wider SEND team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Experience working with SEND students in a school or educational setting
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Ability to support learning across a variety of subjects
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
All applicants must have, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check and provide appropriate professional references.
