New Directions Education is currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools throughout Sefton, including Bootle, Litherland, Crosby, Formby, and Southport. The Role:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
Uphold safeguarding policies and promote pupil wellbeing
Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each day
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in primary school settings (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
Confident, adaptable, and professional approach
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to build positive relationships quickly
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check and provide references covering the last 5 years
