The Role:
• Supporting pupils with additional needs in class and during activities
• Assisting with social, emotional, and educational development
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping to implement individualised support plans
• Working collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Experience working as a support worker in an educational or childcare setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Patience, resilience, and adaptability
• A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
