Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to support children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in a school environment? We are currently seeking compassionate and committed ALN Teaching Assistants to work with primary schools across the Abermule area.
This role offers the chance to make a genuine difference by providing tailored support to pupils who require additional assistance to access learning. Working on behalf of our education recruitment agency, you’ll have the flexibility to choose from day-to-day supply, short-term assignments or longer-term placements to suit your availability.
As part of the school team, you’ll support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them develop confidence, independence and key learning skills. You’ll work closely with teachers and ALN staff to adapt activities, encourage positive behaviour and create an engaging, inclusive classroom where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
We’re looking for individuals who are caring, adaptable and enthusiastic, with a genuine commitment to supporting children with diverse learning needs.
