New Directions Education are currently recruiting a Secondary Teaching Assistant to support learning in a school in Neston.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and reliable individual to assist teachers in delivering high-quality education and supporting students’ progress across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The Role:
• Supporting teaching staff in classroom management and lesson delivery
• Assisting students with learning tasks and activities
• Monitoring and recording pupil progress
• Promoting positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment
• Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to meet student needs
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Experience working in a secondary school or educational environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, reliability, and a proactive approach to supporting learning
• A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
