We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have experience or knowledge of trauma‑informed practice or therapeutic behaviour support
Are Team‑Teach trained (or experienced in similar behaviour support approaches)
Have a calm, patient, and empathetic nature
Feel confident supporting behaviour in a positive and consistent way
Genuinely care about helping young people thrive
What your role will involve:
Supporting pupils across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4
Working 1:1 or with small groups, offering tailored, meaningful support
Helping the class teacher create a structured, nurturing, and safe learning environment
Encouraging emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and engagement with learning
Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and external professionals
