About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Whether you’re providing one-to-one support, assisting with group activities, or helping children with additional learning needs, your support will be key to their progress and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support learning activities across various subjects
Work with individual students and small groups
Assist with classroom preparation and resources
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
Monitor pupil progress and report to teaching staff
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children in schools or similar settings
Friendly, approachable, and flexible attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for education and making a difference
Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) – desirable but not essential
