We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is caring, and enthusiastic to join our supportive and welcoming school community based in Crosby. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
The Role
Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and improve outcomes.
Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, differentiated learning activities both in and out of the classroom
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Support pupils with additional learning or SEND needs where required.
Encourage children’s communication, language, social, and emotional skills.
The Ideal Candidate
Have experience working with children in an educational setting.
Has a patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting students with additional needs
Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship-building skills with students, colleagues, and families
Is adaptable, resilient, and passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and succeed both academically and personally
