We are currently recruiting for an SEN teaching assistant to work on a long term supply basis at a Special Education Needs school based in the Birkenhead area of Wirral.
Continuity for the pupils at this school is essential so you will need to be reliable and consistent in your role. To be a successful applicant, you must have had proven experience of working within an SEN environment and have experience of working with both learning disabilities and mental health.
Previous experience within this sector is essential due the nature of this booking. As this is a long term vacancy, it does have the potential to become more of a permanent fixture for the right applicant.

To work in an Additional Learning Needs (ALN) role you will need:
Ideally experience working in an ALN environment
Recent experience in a classroom environment
An excellent track record
Good knowledge of the national curriculum
Flexibility and adaptability to work short-term and long-term.
